How It Works

Express Interest: Potential travelers begin by indicating their interest in a specific trip. They can do this by completing an online form or contacting us directly.​

Selection Process: Due to limited space, we review all expressions of interest and notify selected participants. If chosen, they will receive an invitation to proceed with the interview process.​

Interview and Compatibility Assessment: To ensure a harmonious group dynamic, selected participants will complete a detailed questionnaire. This helps us understand preferences, travel styles, and expectations.​

Acceptance and Registration Fee: Upon successful completion of the interview, participants will be notified of their acceptance and prompted to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $199 to secure their spot.​

Roommate Pairing: For those opting to share accommodations, we pair participants with roommates based on compatibility in likes, dislikes, and travel habits.​

Trip Deposit and Payments: After registration, participants will make a deposit covering the trip cost, airfare, and travel insurance. Final payments are due between 3 to 12 months before departure, depending on the trip's schedule.
